Marble Burst is a fun puzzle type game with an ample amount of logic involved in order to remove all of the marbles from the game board. The strategy of marble burst is relatively simple. All the player needs to do is remove groups of same colored marbles in such a way as to leave no marbles on the game board. The player also has the goal of achieving a high score so the groups of marbles removed per turn need to be as large as possible. Sounds easy but after each turn the remaining marbles to the top and left of those that were removed slide down and to the right. For small groups it is fairly easy to see how the marbles will move but as the groups get larger and more complex in shape it becomes increasingly difficult to see how the remaining marbles will respond.

Players are awarded medals when they achieve an exceptional score. Win the coveted Gold Trophy when all marbles are removed from the game board. Participate in the online aspects of the game by uploading your scores to the game server for a chance to win the High Score Plaque. For added excitement you can also win a Low Score Plaque for when a game just did not go your way. At any time a player can see who holds the High and Low Score Plaques and what scores it will take to win them by checking the leader board from within the game.

How To Player: At the start of the game the player is presented a 12 x 12 grid of marbles with each marble set to 1 of 5 colors. By using the "Navigator Wheel" located at the bottom of the game board the player moves the selection indicator up/down and left/right in order to highlight a group of two or more adjacent marbles having the same color. As the selection indicator is moved all marbles in the currently selected group are shown with a spinning animation over them. When the player has selected the group to remove from the game board they will tap the red "Burst Button" located in the center of the "Navigator Wheel". The marbles are then removed and any remaining marbles that are located to the top and left of those removed will first drop down and then slide to the right filling any space left. The game ends when all possible marble groups are removed.

Scoring: The points awards per turn is based on the number of marbles removed for that turn. For example, removing a group of 10 marbles will result in a score of 100 but removing 5 groups of 2 marbles will result in a score of 20.
